 Members meet at GB3 gym Palm/Alluvial Friday night for a 20 min. Run, 20 min. bike, 20 min. swim. Non gb3 members: cost is $10 for a gym day pass. TC3 will reimburse you $5. Of course it's a competition with the winner being the person with the most distance logged in for the workout. We usually go for dinner afterwards

Rocky Hill, located in Exeter, California, has been a mecca for athletes of all levels and abilities for decades. The first annual Rocky Hill Triathlon is an event created to showcase what draws people from near and far to the foothills of the Sierra Nevadas. Our fun and challenging course will help push you to new limits. Whether you are a new comer to the sport of triathlon, or a seasoned veteran, you will enjoy this race. We will be offering two different distances on race day. A sprint distance and an olympic distance, both of which are USAT sanctioned.

Start your tri season early with a ROAD BIKE DUATHON at Woodward Park

Run: 2.1 Miles: Start by the "compass" at the northwest corner of Woodward Park. Run East to the "cow loop", up the middle to the bridge, and back.

Bike: 11.75 Miles: Out Eaton Trail to Old Friant Road, passing the River Center, to Friant Road. Turn right on Friant Road, go up the hill and turn right onto Old Friant Road for a second loop past the River Center. Continue to Friant Road, turn right and continue to the Ft Washington entrance of Woodward Park.

Run: 2.1 Miles: Repeat of the first run loop, finishing south of the "compass"

Start your tri season early with a MOUNTAIN BIKE DUATHLON at Woodward Park

Run: 2.1 Miles: Start by the "compass" at the northwest corner of Woodward Park. Run East to the "cow loop", up the middle to the bridge, and back.

Bike: 5.3 Miles: Two loops, counter-clockwise along single track trails around the back of the "cow loop", along the river, past the trailer park, and back up the Equestrian Trail.

Run: 2.1 Miles: Repeat of the first run loop, finishing south of the "compass"

Sprint: 400yd | 10.5mi | 3.1mi

The Millerton Lake Sprint Triathlon has long been known as a great "first lake swim" triathlon, and a warm up for the upcoming season. But don't let the bike and run distances fool you, there are a few steep hills on the ride, and the trail portion of run is a challenge.

Sprint: 1600yd | 21mi | 6.2mi

The Millerton Lake Sprint Triathlon has long been known as a great "first lake swim" triathlon, and a warm up for the upcoming season.

More of a good thing... The Olympic Distance has a more challenging swim, two loops of the bike course, and two loops of the sprint run course with a trail run heading out, a paved road coming back and beautiful Millerton Lake as the backdrop.

02/19/16 @ 6:00 pm - GB3 Palm Reverse Tri
Join your team mates for a little training and fun. 20 minutes on the treadmills, 20 on bike, and 20 minutes in the pool. Person with highest combined distance will be "crowned" the TC3 King or Queen. Wear some TC3 gear if you have it and meet in the front by the tables and chairs. Dinner after optional.

Join us at Exeter High School for a Ride/Run brick in preparation for Rocky Hill Triathlon! We will leave from Fleet Feet in Fresno at 7:30am and caravan to Exeter High School for a ride/run brick. RSVP here to register!

02/14/16 @ 7:00AM - Fresno Valentine Run
Under the direction of Faron & Heleen Reed, Sierra Multisport Productions has hosted the annual Valentine's Day Run since 2001.

In January of 2015 Ray & Janice Keys-Bramlett purchased the company, now Sierra Cascades Multisport Productions which puts on local multisport events in the Central Valley at Woodward Park, Millerton Lake, Huntington Lake, and Shaver Lake.

This year we are returning the Fresno Valentine Run to Woodward Park on February 14th.

Partnering with local running clubs we will be raising money and donating to Kids Kasa Foster Care, Inc which provides scholarships for foster children, and the Wilson Heart Center at Valley Children's Hospital.

Bring a partner or the whole family and enjoy a fun morning of music, and celebration.

This non-competitive FUN RUN will feature:

The 27th Annual Blossom Bike Ride will take place on March 5, 2016 and offers three different routes. As the mileage gets longer, the route provides more of a challenge.

If you are looking for a little more challenge, you might want to try our 40 mile route. This will give you some hills to climb and get you started on the right course of mileage for the year.

The USAP South Bay Sprint and Olympic Duathlons, with a Run-Bike-Run format. These races will give all the endurance athletes a great opportunity to prepare for the upcoming triathlon season, the remainder of the duathlon season, or just enjoy an endurance event in the bay area. Our looped course is set along the east hills of Morgan Hill, CA, 20 minutes south of San Jose and in the heart of the Silicon Valley. This moderately flat and fast course will set the stage for a great finish.

Ride on the freeway! Join 2,000 riders in the only ride in California on a closed freeway.
Is Freeway 168 really closed to vehicle traffic for this event?
With the help of Caltrans, the City of Fresno, City of Clovis, Fresno Police and Highway Patrol, Freeway 168 will be closed for approximately 10 miles from McKinley on ramp to Shepherd Ave. So yes! The freeway is closed, and according to Caltrans the ONLY ride to close a California Freeway!
Three routes of 35, 60 and 100 miles are offered. There are discounts for early registration.

04/03/16 @ 07:00 am - Ca Classic 1/2 Marathon
Join us along with 3,000 participants for our 6th year in this exciting flat half marathon course with many unique features! First, the half marathon starts at Chukchansi Park in Downtown Fresno. Participants will experience running by City Hall on the way to one of Fresno’s famous landmarks, the Tower District, where you will be cheered on by plenty of spectators and bands. Runners will then head to the Valley’s only accredited zoo, The Fresno Chaffee Zoo’s and the newly built Sea Lion Cove and African Adventure where they will run past the elephants, lions, tigers and bears. After being entertained by the animals, you’ll leave the zoo and run through the newly renovated Downtown areas passing the newly built $84 million Federal Court House, the Granville Lofts, Eaton Plaza and the Historic Water Tower. You’ll complete your journey heading back to Chukchansi Stadium finishing in grand style in front of your family and friends as they watch you on the large LCD screen as you cross the finish line along side home plate. The same home plate that 17 players of the 2012 World Series Champion San Francisco Giants’ crossed while playing for the AAA affiliate Fresno Grizzlies
